So, I'm a Norwegian guy living in Lima. If you've ever been to Peru, you'll have seen that knowing a little bit of Spanish will enable you to get around a lot easier. This goes for other Latin American countries as well, and Spanish must be the most useful language to know after English.
Before I got here, I had a few Spanish lessons which served as a good kick-start. However, upon arrival it all seemed to come out as a stutter and there was no way I could express myself. After a few weeks in Peru, however, things started loosening up (trying to speak a little and hearing the language really helps) and I can now create some very simple sentences.
So, I decided to create this blog to fuel my motivation and here I will try to explain what worked for me so far in learning Spanish. Perhaps somebody stumbles upon this and finds it useful.
Siempre aprendiendo - always learning.
